Happy Birthday Park Shin Hye!

What do you give a girl who has it all?

Supportive family. Loving friends. A big heart. A sound mind. A schedule that makes time for everything and everyone – school, work, health, her loved ones, the less fortunate, and us, her fans.

The girl who has it all deserves every good thing that she comes her way. And yet, we still want to give everything to her and support everything that she does.

Remembering Her Birthdays
Our organization is going on to its third year (yey!) And this would also be the third birthday that fans all over the globe are united to make Shin Hye’s birthday more memorable.

Shin Hye’s birthday in 2010 was the mark of many firsts for the organization. It was the first time we gave her presents for her birthday. The one most identified with PSHIFC is the Tiffany necklace with an “S” pendant, which she has worn countless of times, including the Seoul Fashion Week 2010 and "You’re Beautiful" co-star Jang Keun Suk’s “Last in Seoul FM” (where she and fellow A.N.Jell Jung Yong Hwa were guests).

It was also in her 2010 birthday that we joined in one of Shin Hye’s many outreach projects – Remember Haiti – in support to the victims of the Haiti earthquake. With the help of all our members, we raised a total of USD 1,100.00 to UNICEF for this worthy cause. We also engaged our members from all over the world in a personalized birthday project: we came up with a video of compiled messages that we uploaded on Youtube and sent to Shin Hye. We also did our version of “Lovely Day”, featuring voice recording from members from around the globe!

Our 2011 birthday project was nothing less than monumental, because it had a more personal touch from the international fans. Our presents included: another necklace (Star necklace from Tiffany), flash for her camera, an Almanac of her 2010 projects (which were a lot!), a PSHIFC yearbook, a compilation of cards from international fans… and thousands of folded stars, hand-made by our very own members!

Following the tradition, we are making Shin Hye’s 23rd birthday (Korean age), the third that we celebrate as an organization, an interesting mix of the first and the second.
